Cancellation Policy:

Due to the increased amount of no shows our policy has had to be updated.

We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling any appointment unless you are ill (in which you are still expected to let the clinic know that you will not be attending).

Please call or email to reschedule or cancel.

A $75 late cancellation or no show fee will be applied should you not contact the clinic to cancel in the 24 hour notice time.

An appointment utilizing a prepaid package or loyalty rewards will result in the treatment being forfeited.
